How do I get the verified role assigned?
Open the verification channel and press Verify with Discord. After you approve the read-only Discord connection, Triple Counter applies the role. If access is still missing, ask a moderator to confirm the bot's role hierarchy and Manage Roles permission.
Why did verification fail?
Verification can fail if your Discord account is not a member of the server, the link expired, or the bot cannot assign the configured role. Retry with a fresh link, then ask a server administrator to check the bot's permissions.
How does anti-botting protect the server?
Triple Counter screens every verification attempt before granting access. Bots and duplicate alt accounts are refused and recorded in the server's verification logs, visible to moderators in the dashboard.
Why does the dashboard say I do not have access?
Dashboard access is based on your current Discord permissions. You need Manage Server or Administrator to change settings, or a moderation permission such as View Audit Log, Kick Members, Ban Members, or Timeout Members to view logs. Sign out and back in to refresh your permissions.
Can I change the verification message and role?
Yes. Server administrators can update the verification channel, role, messages, automatic role assignment, logging, and retention from server settings. The bot refreshes the public verification panel when those changes are saved.
What happens when a verification link expires?
Verification links expire after 15 minutes and are bound to one Discord account and one server. Return to the verification channel and press Verify with Discord again for a fresh link.
How do I delete my data?
Sign in to the dashboard and use Account settings → Delete account. This performs a full erasure of your login profile, sessions, server memberships, verification events, role jobs, and audit entries attributable to you.
